We had a great experience buying from value Floors Direct. After getting 2/3's of the job done, we realized we needed a few more tiles to finish the job. VFD worked quickly to get us the tiles while our tile setters was still here.

I HAD A BIG PROBLEM WHEN i RAND OUT OF A HIGH END TILE FOR MY FOYER. i ONLY NEED ABOUT 10 MORE SQUARE FEET. NOT ONLY COULD I HARDLY FIND THIS TILE IN THE STATES ( ITALIAN) NO ONE WOOULD SELL ME LESS THAN 200 SQ FEET, WHICH WOULD COST OVER 200 DOLLARS TO SHIP AS WELL. THESE GUYS GOT ME A SMALL ORDER, AND A FAIR SHIP PRICE OF HARD TO FIND PORCELAIN. THESE GUYS ARE REALLY GREAT GUYS.

Greetings
Just wanted to let you know that we received the imola nickle tiles Thursday
evening. Danny went and met the driver and the Pembina ND, Emerson,
Manitoba border took only a few minutes with customs. Trucker dropped them
off. We have a fork lift so it made sense to stop at our place. 10 acre
yard for semi to turn around in. Danny and my son carried them into the
house, not one chipped we checked them all. I apsolutely love them. Will
refer you guys every chance I get. Thank-you, Thank-you. Take care from your
