Value Floors Direct was established in June 2008. At Value Floors Direct we put the time and effort to each sales to ensure our customers recieve the highest level of service available.
Not only does Value Floors Direct strive to continuously improve our products and services, but we have partnered with vendors who have the same principles and beliefs as we do. Our main partnership is with R & L Carriers, our primary freight carrier. R & L Carriers offers excellent rates with top notch service, including scheduled appointments, liftgate services, and expedited services.
In addition to great service, we believe in having quality flooring products available. All of our products are imported from reputable manufacturers who produce only the highest quality floor covering material. We ship only 1st quality material. You will not find 2nd or 3rd quality in our product selections. We would not expect 2nd or 3rd quality material in our own homes, nor would we want to have it in yours.
Value Floors Direct has a knowledgable sales person on call ready for your questions, concerns, or to place an order. We do not believe in automated systems, or calling centers overseas. Our sales team is trained in all floor covering products and installation ans they are here and ready to help you with your flooring project.
